Opened in 1993, China Kitchen is a remodeled takeout eatery that you would feel like finding in the surrounding area. When you first step into the restaurant, diners are often struck by how orderly everything is set in place and how spotless the floors and tables are. But instead of being antiseptic, the restaurant also gives off a warm feeling thanks to the various Chinese ornaments that adorn the interior.
Many restaurants often claim to offer healthy food, and the restaurant is actually striving to offer the quality and healthy food to the customers. General Tso’s Chicken, and Boneless Spareribs receive highest acclaim.
“We purchase all provisions on a daily basis to ensure an exacting freshness of produce. We do not believe in storage as a means to decrease costs because we want to present the best products to our customers. In a word, everything we use is fresh each day. Customers need not look further than China Kitchen container,” says owner Louis Lo.
At take-out, customers' expectations are not great except for quick service. Mr. Lo is aware of this and concentrates on how to improve efficiency when he first began the restaurant. Employees at China Kitchen follow Mr. Lo’s instruction and offer the most efficient service. A take-out order, on average, is finished within 10 minutes.
